Ingredient | 1 9-inch | 1 tart |
Flour | 1 C | 1/4 C |
Salt | 1/2 tsp | 1/8 tsp |
Lard | 1/3 C | 1 Tbsp |
Water | 2 Tbsp | 1 1/2 tsp |
Stir salt and flour together. Cut in lard or shortening until fine. Sprinkle water onto flour 1 tablespoon at a time.
Mix lightly with a fork until moist.
Gather dough together, pressing into a ball.
Roll out 1/8 inch thick.
