Cabbage | 4 C |
Carrot | 1/2 C |
Onion | 1/4 C |
Oil | 2 Tbsp |
Vinegar | 1/4 C |
Dill | 2 Tbsp |
Shred cabbage and carrot. Mince onion very fine.
Toss in serving bowl, then sprinkle with oil, vinegar and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss again and chill 1 hour or until serving time.
